Spinning®: This is a 45 minute class of indoor cycling on a stationary bike. Similar to outdoor riding, instructors will take you through a ride of hill climbs, sprints, jumps, and intervals. *You must sign up for this class, space is limited.

Zumba®: A combination of Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves that will tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Cardio Kickboxing: A cardiovascular workout using free standing heavy bags. *You must sign up for this class, space is limited.

Kettlebells: This workout incorporates strength training, muscle conditioning, and muscle endurance all in one  Kettlebell class consists of a full body warm-up, and progresses into teaching the foundation kettlebell lifts (swing, squat pull, clean, snatch, deadlift, press and the Turkish Get Up).  This class will increase your success in losing bodyfat, increasing your strength, correcting strength imbalances and overall general fitness.

Hard Core Training: 60 minutes of a variety of cardio core exercises.

MMA Conditioning: A variety of MMA conditioning drills.

Mixed Martial Arts: MMA Striking, Submissions and Grappling, Wrestling, and Ground and Pound.
